Maybe energy is the next step of some kind of the evolution regarding Value. We used to trade with useful goods, then money changed the game and it become abstract since we just have to press on a button on a computer to create money. But history tends to repeat itself. Perhaps we’re now heading back to something more fundamental. A lot of things are based on Energy (even humans) so it should be the logical next evolution.
